This project involved the complete renovation of a 25-year-old residence located in a gated community in Pimpri‑Chinchwad, Pune. The 3000 sq.ft home was reimagined to suit the evolving lifestyle needs of a modern family while preserving the spatial character of the original structure.

The renovation focused on transforming the existing layout into a more open, efficient, and contemporary living environment. The residence now accommodates four bedrooms, along with a dedicated gym space integrated into the overall spatial planning.

The design approach balanced functionality, comfort, and timeless material choices. By upgrading services, finishes, and spatial connectivity, the project extends the life of the home while giving it a renewed architectural identity suited for contemporary living.
